Autism Program

Autism Stem Cell Program in Istanbul

A premium, multi-day program coordinated within a qualified hospital environment, designed around the family as much as the patient.

Program overview

A considered, individually planned pathway.

The Istanbul Stem Cells autism program is a structured, individually planned regenerative pathway delivered across several days. Treatment plans are designed by our medical team after detailed review of each patient's diagnosis, history and current care.

Depending on the proposed plan, the program may include intrathecal, intravenous and intranasal applications, all coordinated within a qualified hospital environment. Family comfort, communication and support are treated with the same seriousness as the clinical plan.

Families often review our mesenchymal stem cell therapy and exosome therapy pages alongside this program to understand how the broader regenerative strategy is explained across the site.

Why families travel

A city built for hospitality, with hospital-grade medicine.

Istanbul brings together world-class medical infrastructure, renowned hospitality culture, and a uniquely accessible geographic position. For international families pursuing regenerative care, that combination matters. Travel is shorter, support is closer, and the city itself can become part of a calmer, more humane treatment experience.

Our autism program leans on this fully. Coordination begins long before arrival and continues after departure.

Program Structure

Designed across several considered days.

Each day has purpose. Nothing is rushed. Plans are reviewed and adjusted by the medical team throughout the program.

Day 1

Arrival & Evaluation

VIP welcome, transfer, accommodation check-in. On-clinic evaluation and case review with the medical team.

Day 2 – 3

Planned Applications

Coordinated applications inside a qualified hospital environment, with attentive family support throughout.

Day 4+

Observation & Departure

Structured observation, follow-up planning, departure coordination, and continued international support afterwards.

Application Routes

Three routes, one individualized plan.

Treatment plans may incorporate one or more application routes, always selected by the medical team for the individual patient. Each route is explained in advance.

Route 01

Intrathecal application

Delivered into the cerebrospinal fluid space, allowing distribution along central nervous system pathways. Performed within a qualified hospital environment under physician supervision, with full preparation and observation.

Hospital · Physician-led

Route 02

Intravenous application

A systemic route used widely in regenerative programs. Generally well tolerated and straightforward to deliver, integrated into the multi-day plan when clinically appropriate.

Systemic · Well tolerated

Route 03

Intranasal application

A gentle, non-invasive nasal pathway of interest in nervous-system-focused planning. Incorporated where it complements the proposed clinical strategy.

Gentle · Non-invasive

Depending on the case, these routes may be discussed as part of a broader regenerative plan that also relates to our MSC overview and exosome overview.
