Terms of Service

By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a consultation, accepting a proposal, paying an invoice, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the website or proceed with any booking, payment, or consultation request.

Website information only

This website is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not by itself create a physician-patient relationship, clinic-patient relationship, or guarantee that any medical program will be offered to you.

No physician-patient relationship from browsing or enquiry alone

A physician-patient relationship, if any, arises only after formal medical acceptance, completion of required documentation, and clinical review by the relevant medical team. Merely browsing the website, sending a message, submitting a form, or paying for an administrative or scheduling service does not itself guarantee treatment acceptance.

Eligibility and authority

You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to request our services. If you submit information or make decisions for another person, including a child, you represent that you are the parent, legal guardian, or otherwise authorized representative of that person.

Consultation and medical review

All consultation requests are subject to individual review. We may request reports, imaging, laboratory results, medication lists, and additional medical history before discussing suitability. We may decline to offer a program where, in our judgment, a regenerative pathway is not appropriate, not available, not safe, or not suitable based on the information provided.

Quotes, proposals, and treatment planning

Any quote, protocol, proposal, treatment outline, estimated schedule, or approximate budget is provided for the specific case under review and may be revised if medical, operational, travel, pricing, laboratory, or hospital factors change. Published website content is not a binding quote. A final plan is determined only after case review and confirmation.

Payments, deposits, and administrative services

If you are offered a payment link, invoice, deposit request, coordination fee, case-review fee, scheduling fee, or other administrative charge, the payment may cover one or more of the following: medical review, scheduling work, administrative handling, physician time, coordinator time, record review, hospital reservation work, logistics, document preparation, interpretation arrangement, case management, and other services identified in the invoice, proposal, payment page, or communications. By making payment, you authorize the charge and acknowledge that work may begin immediately after payment is received.

Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling

Except where required by mandatory law or expressly stated otherwise in writing, payments already applied to medical review, administrative handling, scheduling work, reserved time, reserved capacity, hospital coordination, concierge coordination, or other commenced services may be non-refundable once that work has started. Requests to cancel or reschedule should be made as early as possible. Where a refund, credit, or rescheduling accommodation is offered, it is governed by the specific written terms provided for that case. Travel costs, accommodation costs, third-party reservation losses, transfer costs, laboratory costs, hospital reservation losses, or other third-party charges may be non-refundable even if a medical program is changed or canceled.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, you agree to contact us first and give us a reasonable opportunity to review the issue, explain the charge, and where appropriate resolve the matter through support, correction, rescheduling, credit, or refund review. We reserve the right to contest improper chargebacks or payment disputes using records of authorization, invoices, policy acknowledgements, signed forms, communications, scheduling activity, service activity, and other relevant evidence.

No guarantee of outcomes

Regenerative medicine is individualized and outcomes vary from person to person. No specific result, improvement, timeline, cure, or benefit is promised or guaranteed. Any discussion of possible benefits, common goals, or prior patient experiences is general in nature and should not be understood as a promise of the same outcome in your case.

Patient and family responsibilities

You are responsible for providing truthful, complete, and updated information about medical history, diagnoses, medications, allergies, previous treatments, and relevant records. You are also responsible for following pre-arrival, pre-procedure, medication, fasting, travel, and follow-up instructions given to you. Failure to provide accurate information or follow instructions may affect suitability, safety, scheduling, or outcomes.

Travel, accommodation, and third-party services

We may assist with travel-related or hospitality-related coordination for convenience, but airlines, hotels, transport providers, interpreters, hospitals, laboratories, and other third parties remain responsible for their own services, schedules, availability, pricing, and policies. We are not liable for third-party delays, cancellations, rescheduling losses, overbookings, governmental restrictions, visa issues, airline changes, or similar events beyond our reasonable control.

Website content, translations, and testimonials

Website content is intended for general information. Testimonials or patient reflections reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees. Translated pages are provided for convenience; wording may differ slightly across languages. Where interpretation differences arise, the version we designate as controlling for operational purposes may be relied on to the extent permitted by law.

Intellectual property

All website text, design, graphics, branding, downloadable materials, photographs, videos, and other content are owned by Istanbul Stem Cells or used with permission and may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

Prohibited use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit false or fraudulent information, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious files, or use the site in a way that harms us, our service providers, our medical partners, or other users.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of opportunity, travel loss, accommodation loss, lost profits, or similar losses arising out of or related to use of the website, consultation communications, scheduling changes, or services provided by third parties. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Suspension, refusal, and termination

We may suspend or refuse access, cancel scheduling, or decline further engagement where information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, abusive, unsafe, fraudulent, legally problematic, operationally unworkable, or medically inappropriate, or where payments remain unpaid or disputed.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version published on the website applies from the date of publication. Continuing to use the site or continuing the enquiry, scheduling, or service process after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

Contact and dispute resolution

Questions about these Terms, invoices, scheduling, cancellations, or complaints should be directed to us through our official contact channels first so that we can review the matter promptly and maintain a written record of the issue and our response.
